Supplementary charges​.

• A discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be added for staff.

• Non-refundable deposit of 25% is required on booking.
• You can cancel/modify your reservation up to 56 days prior to arrival date, but note that the 25% deposit is strictly non-refundable.
• A penalty of the entire stay including tax will be charged for late cancellation/modification (with less than 56 days' notice prior to arrival date), or no-show and early departure.
• Balance to be paid at the property.
• Full payment required at time of check-in.
• Credit card number with valid expiry date and security code is required as security on check in to guarantee your reservation.
• The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
• All packages are offered subject to availability.
• Package includes a three-night B&B stay with a Full Scottish Breakfast each morning; on 30 December, a set-menu dinner per person; on New Year's Eve, in the evening, a set menu dinner per person followed by, evening entertainment; on New Year's Day 2027, a set-menu dinner per person.
• Any additional costs incurred will be charged separately and added to your room account, which must be settled prior to departure.
• Dogs must be booked in advance to ensure that an appropriate dog-friendly room can be allocated.
• Dogs will be charged separately at the standard daily dog stay fee applicable on the dates of the stay.
• Most dog-friendly rooms accommodate a maximum of one dog.
• We recommend that you take out appropriate levels of travel insurance to cover your costs in the event of you needing to cancel your booking.
• Price is based on two people sharing a double/twin room.
